Introduction:

Located in Zhejiang province, only less than three hours’ drive from shanghai, a village called Huangtan is among the top destinations for weekend trips out of Shanghai. Tucked away not far from the foothills of the mountain are villages with over 800 years' history, each possessing some of the most beautiful, living examples of Ming or Qing architecture. If you want to move around more, there is a nice plum garden on top of a hill. You can change into something comfy and hike up. The view up there is stunning. Other than that, we will camp alongside a lovely pond. Imagine BBQ next to it! Wild party night outdoor!
Itinerary:

Day One:

Our journey begins at 08:30 when we depart from Shanghai. The drive to Huangtan Village will take approximately 3-hours. Upon arrival we will take in the authentic residential architecture, town layouts and surrounding landscape of the village. We will also venture out into nature and hike a small portion of the mountain, giving us an opportunity to better view the countryside. We will set up tents by the reserior where whenever you want a swim this wild swimming pool is just 2 meters away! For lunch we will dine with locals while sampling delicacies of the villages. In the evening we will have a BBQ party. BBQ, beer, moon and starlit skies will make for one unforgettable party?! Overnight in tent.

Day Two:

Our only restriction for Day 2 is a 12-noon lunchtime, otherwise you can nap, swim, play volleyball or whatever you weren’t able to fit into Day 1. We’ll arrive back in Shanghai around 16:30.
*We reserve the right to change the itinerary with or without notice.
